Disclaimer & Editorial Policy

1. Nature of Content

This website is dedicated to educational and research-based exploration in Comparative Mythology, philosophical inquiry, and critical historiography. While I operate almost entirely within formal academic and official language, my goal is not passive repetition of institutional narratives. I examine how such narratives are formed, preserved, and presented as authoritative, and I offer my own analysis alongside them.

Most of the information presented here follows recognized academic structures and, if read without attention to quotation marks, may appear fully official. This is intentional. I work within formal frameworks in order to question their assumptions from within, rather than rejecting academic form outright.

2. Symbolic Methodology (Quotation Marks)

To support this critical approach, I use a symbolic system based on quotation marks, including single ' ', double " ", triple """ """, and, in some cases, more. These quotation marks are not decorative. They function as signals of analytical distance and indicate that the enclosed material represents an official, institutional, or external narrative that I do not fully accept.

The number of quotation marks is deliberate. The more quotation marks applied, the more formal, academic, or officially sanctioned the statement tends to be—and the greater my divergence from it. I use this system to present official claims while clearly distinguishing them from my own critical perspective.

3. Historical & Mythological Context

Discussions of history on this site are approached through a framework of critical and mythological reconstruction. Material commonly treated as fixed, unquestionable history—particularly narratives extending far into the distant past—is examined as the product of narrative authority, institutional preservation, and later codification.

I do not treat historical records as transparent reflections of past reality. I consider them structured narratives shaped by the methods and limits of official academic systems. These systems appear internally consistent and logical, yet they also function to maintain continuity within accepted interpretations and to restrict alternative readings.

Accordingly, when I reference widely taught historical events, discoveries, or civilizational foundations, it is for analytical examination, not automatic acceptance. Readers are encouraged to recognize the distinction between official historical consensus and my own critical inquiry into how that consensus was constructed.

4. Editorial Strategy and Practical Constraints

In some cases, I may not repeat quotation marks extensively throughout an article. This does not indicate agreement with the content in question. Rather, it reflects an editorial decision to preserve clarity, structure, and coherence while maintaining a consistent critical stance. The absence of repeated visual markers does not imply endorsement; it reflects a balance between critique and readability, and practical considerations in publishing.

5. Academic Position and Non-Endorsement

I consider this website academic in nature in the sense that most content is presented through formal frameworks, terminology, and structure. If read without quotation marks, it may appear fully aligned with established academic positions. However, whenever I diverge from an official idea, claim, or interpretation, I indicate this by placing it within quotation marks as described above.

All content is provided for critical, educational, and philosophical exploration. I do not claim to replace official records or to establish definitive alternative histories. My role is to examine how authority, legitimacy, and certainty are produced within academic systems, and to invite careful, critical engagement with those processes.
